CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE - August 24, 2020
Sprint Print is open for business during our normal office hours. Monday - Thursday 8AM - 5PM and Friday 8AM - 3PM. Due to COVID-19, we are taking extra measures to protect the health and well-being of our employees and customers.
We understand these are difficult times. Sprint Print has been a locally owned business since 1983. At this time, Sprint Print is still offering local customer service representatives and providing our quality products and services which are tailored for each customer.
As a reminder, customers may contact us via phone, email or website to submit an order. Pickup and delivery is available for all business accounts. Our front counter area is currently open for walk-in customers as well, and we are following these protocols to keep our employees and customers safe:
- Kindly asking that any person experiencing any flu-like symptoms (cough, fever, difficulty breathing) or has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 to please NOT visit our office.
- Face masks are not required to enter our office, however we do encourage you wear them.
- Frequently sanitizing customer service and production areas, equipment, and washing/sanitizing our hands after helping each customer. We also have sneeze guards across the entire front counter area.
- To help practice social distancing, we are allowing only 2 customers at a time at our front counter area. We kindly ask customers to wait outside or in their vehicle until the front area can accommodate another customer. For prepaid pickup orders, customers may contact us at 515-244-9444, and we can bring your order out to your vehicle.
